Misinformation Campaign Launched Against Health Exchanges

On Tuesday, October 1st, a key provision of the Affordable Care Act took effect: the national health care exchange. Millions logged onto healthcare.gov on Tuesday and attempted to sign up for health insurance. But beyond waiting on a website overwhelmed by traffic, those seeking health care will have to navigate another problem: a whole lot of bad information.

Wisconsin Public Interest Research Group Director Bruce Speight tells In Our Backyard about efforts to combat a national public relations campaign encouraging young people to “opt out of Obamacare.” Craig McComb reports.
