On Tuesday January 28th, our host Carousel Bayrd spoke with director of the Dane County 9-1-1 Center, John Dejung about the behind-the-scenes of a 9-1-1 call.

Bayrd and her guest Dejung discussed a wide variety of things related to the 9-1-1 process. Such as who quickly calls get answered, how quickly a dispatch is sent out, and the basics about what to do and what not to do when it comes to dialing 9-1-1.
